Here they are folks, they're all in here ~ the rides, the horses, the cattle, the sheep, the dogs, the chooks, the pigs, the roulettes, the woodchoppers, the tractors, the utes, the fireman, the fireworks, the people, even the dolls!

This years Birregurra Weekend Festival was the 10th for the small town. And what a festival it was.... the sun came out after a week of rain, and the people came, in their thousands... and this is some of what they saw ....as seen by me

~ Dress up day on the Barwon River

The 2009 Corporate Head of the River was held on the Barwon River, in Geelong on October 1oth. The Regatta is a huge fundraising day for the region, but also it is basically a day when men can wear pink t-shirts and fairy wings without getting beaten up ....

~ Geelong Cats Members Brunch

Saturday August 1st was the day the Geelong Cats held there Members Brunch. Entertainent was varied with famous old footballers having a chat on stage, fun for the kids which included jumping castles, face painting, pony rides, hand ball competitions, and much more. The TAC Crash Test Dummies, Ricki-Lee Coulter, and Daryl Somers were there to entertain the crowd too.

~ The Hills are Alive...

..with the sound of motorcycles.
McAdam Park is located in the Barrabool Hills, just outside of Geelong, and is the home of the Sporting MotorCycle Club.
The track is currently under threat of closure after 47 years. You can learn more about it on the clubs website ~ www.smc.com.au
